Turn your stick of round bar, tightly
This little down-hole device maximizes production from an oilfield drill site.
Quite simply it helps keep water from flooding out the well's production of more oil & gas.
Made with 304 Stainless Steel, this 13.27”x1.62” diameter round bar required a series of holes drilled at compound angles, at +/- .001” tolerances and a 63 RMS finish.
Deburring then removed minute traces of particulate, before they were visually/dimensionally inspected, per this customer’s assurance methods.
The turnaround time on 50 of these little sticks of steel was less than 10 days . . . .
. . . And sweet new "Texas tea" gushed again.
So when your well’s gas needs to be repressurized:
Dam the flood. Clear the flow.
And email Crow for your own order of some shiny new plunger bodies.
